I get a reward and Friday is payday and Michael will be gone on the orchestra trip so I get to go shopping in a leisurely fashion.
I will set a new goal for April.
I plan to write a lengthy post about weight loss later. Get prepared.

YAY!! (I'm a little jealous- it's been a while since I've seen 215)
Well you are taller than I am, plus you carry your weight in a different place, which is not as unhealthy as mine which is all abdominal fat.
