Banana Cake

I often use all whole wheat flour if I have a lighter type around - like King Arthur's. If I use half whole wheat it's because I am using flour from my local supplier which is a heavier stone-grind. It makes a heavier cake which a lot of people don't like unless they are used to eating whole grains all the time.
